No. You pay 50% to make your reservation and 50% at the end or on ¨check in¨ on site. If you order catering you have to pay 100% of this. If you consume additional time or activities, you must pay at the end of your trip.

No. Despite we promote love and respect for animals, pets are restricted due to safety transfers and navigation, higiene or possible allergies for some costumers.

Please be ready 15 minutes before, it will give us plenty of time to get you checked in and boarded. If you arrive later, the paper work (Check in) will take your time of your TOUR or water experience hired.

Sometimes. We recommend to get backup clothes and shoes. There is always a chance of being splashed on the boat, depending on the weather conditions (Wind and waves) that day. Also, if you are going to do watersports, get your swiming suit.

For any modification or cancellation required, must be done in writing and maximum 48 hours before the service. In case of notifying it later, we will do everything possible to adjust the changes required by you and if it is the case, we will do everything possible to sell the tour to other clients on that date and time to make the respective refund to you, however, if the above is not possible, you will be fined for what corresponds to the deposit made or it will be agreed at our unilateral discretion, if you could enjoy the service later, without losing that 50% deposit.

If the weather is not suitable for navigation or for the activities to be carried out on the tour, we will notify you (up to the time and day reserved for the tour) to postpone the service for up to 2 hours or if it necessary, must definitely be canceled according to the weather and meteorological conditions, in order to ensure the integrity of the tour, the crew and the vessel; in the foregoing, no penalty applies to either party, and a 100% refund of the payment made at that time by you applies, if the service is not provided; in this case you have to pay only for catering if you ask for.

Yes. 

On our CARS we have fire extinguishers, mandatory insurance and additional full Insurances. Also maintenance on time.

On our BOATS we have fire extinguishers, mandatory life jackets for all navigators, oars, extra fuel, communication equipment, ropes, first aid kit, captain and/or crew certified in first aid and our boats have injected polyurethane that guarantees their flotation.
